The LOTUS facilities are found in the Port Said Tax-Free Zone, making us able to export/import without any tax. All departments at LOTUS are highly developed with skilled workers.

Our site covers an area of 105,300 sq. m, with 12,300 employees across our 11 structures. With 4,770 machines and 57 production lines, we have a daily capacity of 54,000 pieces of denim and non-denim.

Due to Lotus Hightech streamline process of denim fabric capacity and the fully integrated processing plant facilities our clients enjoys low cost advantage due to the efficiency in operations.

This also guarantees the scalability and needs any client and production order may have.

Traditionally denim was colored blue with indigo dye. Todays market demands has resulted in a rapid development of production technologies. Denim washing is the aesthetic finish given to the denim fabric, fashion demands however have lead to a number of new techniques. Any technic from Denim Bleach, Enzyme Wash, Acid Wash, Stone Wash, Microsanding, Sand Blasting, Whiskering, Rinse Wash, Ozone Fading, Waterjet Fading etc., to Laser Technology, Thermo-Denim and Vintage are
some of the many finishing possibilities we offer today.

The old mass market has segmented, fragmented into multitude of mini, micro and niche markets. Today’s generation has an almost unlimited, wide variety of finishing to choose from. In cooperation with our clients Lotus Hightech Development and Research Department take this process even further developing new and unique finishing for this rapidly moving market.
